What is your specific fitness goal?
Fitness is full of options: exercises, splits, supplements, methods and opinions. FLOW asks a simpler question: what actually changes the result — and what can you skip?
What actually changes your result — and what is just fitness noise?
Training has to fit real life. For muscle growth and performance, the big levers are effective training stimulus, progression, enough protein, recovery and consistency. The number of exercises matters less than whether the essentials happen week after week.
I am not a fitness coach. I am trying to work out what the evidence says actually works — and what is just fitness noise.

What can you remove without making the result worse?
Start with the impact that really matters. Then see what works, what can go and where more effort is actually needed. Create FLOW with my Effort to Impact Model.
